This New Year’s Eve, we farewell the year gone by with a menu that celebrates the spirit of summer — bright, fresh and layered. Each dish offers different dimensions of flavour and pairs beautifully with a glass of something sparkling (if we may suggest).
Beyond the headline plates, a host of new dishes and returning favourites await: our signature wood-fired flatbread with fermented King Edward potato butter; burnt corn raviolo with sweet basil and a generous lashing of Marken chilli oil; and, for those seeking something truly special, a WA marron add-on to mark the occasion.
